He's probably masking himself as Poniko.
Then you get called to the boss's office.
- Did you need something, boss?
- Please turn off the lights.
- Um...?
Then you turn off the lights.
...nothing happens.
- Turn them back on and try again.
- Uh, okay?
And then you turn them off again. And he just commands to do it again...
After three hours you finally get fired (read: heart attack).
